LOMO SALTADO
Our most popular meat dish; strips of pepper steak sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and our secret blend of Peruvian seasonings. Served over fries, with white rice on the side.
POLLO SALTADO
A slight variation of the Lomo Saltado with chicken strips, green peppers, tomatoes and onions, served over fries with white rice on the side.
ADDITIONAL SALTADOS
Onions, Tomatoes, Peppers flambeed with your choice of chicken and beef, seafood, shrimp or just vegetables. Served over fries with a side of white rice.
